I am a single mama of two strong-willed teenage girls! I am a recovering people pleaser. My mom taught me that you should always be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. I have learned how to put a smile on my face and face the world as if nothing is wrong. But this is not okay for me anymore. I have learned over the last few years how important connection is for us to thrive. I believe that humans bond and connect over adversity. It helps us to realize that we are not alone in our struggles. When we realize that others are struggling as well then we feel safe to put the mask away and show who we really are. My goal for this blog is to connect with and support others. I want to you to realize that you are not alone! I want to support you and cheer you on! I truly believe that everyone has a story to tell!
